Gamble on me

Trust I seek, and I find in you;

Fear of me.

Don't fear the unknown;

Hold out your hand and breathe.

Roll the dice;

Take a gamble on me.

What it lands on, we don't *KNOW

Let Fate take the control;

*IT'S the deal at hand, choose.

I believe in you;

believe in *ME

I trust in you;

please trust in me.

Together

Trust I seek,

And I find in you.

Hope I hold,

And I give to you.

Love I need,

And I gain through you.

Happiness I feel,

Because of you.

Determination I know,

Because you love me too.

Courage I have,

Because I learned it from you.

Those I earn,

And those I receive.

Each is found,

Through simpler times.

You and I,

We gain the same things,

And these hold us together

Through the darker days.

Trusting in Your Shadows

As I descend to charcoal depths

impure blood roils and seethes

churning waves and troubled spirits.

Naked and ashamed I stand

in darkness too powerful to battle

washed over me by your presence,

a touch as cold as night.

My unhinged soul

is ripped asunder,

embers sputtering in my cage.

I kneel in your shadow and wonder

if I’ll ever taste purity again.

Death hides in your dulcet words

entrenched wickedness emanating

as you stands with black raven

perched on your shoulder,

savage heart unfolding.

My inner pain throbs

broken rib cages

tossed in spite

on refuse piles.

Hidden cuts,

scarring my eyes,

wash into my body.

I wonder if I’ll ever know

what’s right for me

as I cling to you

realizing in pangs

that you are my destiny.

I find the trust I seek

in you,

knowing your murkiness

is embroiled and ever present.

My trusting ravished core

joins you in your shadows.

Truth matters

Yes nothing else matters but the truth

that I find in you. In finding that truth,

I find the light of your Soul void of hate.

Forever trust in who we are

So close, no matter how far.

I seek and found in you

Someone I can trust

with a different view

And nothing else matters.

Trust

I find it in you when the world

Rips through your paper skin

Peeled back and exposed

It's beautiful

how much you hurt and

bleed faith all over my

Blackened heart

I'm remorseful that your suffering serves such a purpose

To teach and release your

Shining crest upon me

When I possess no speck of

The light that shines so brightly

In your veins

Trust I did seek and I find in you

that in your breaking

I am saved

This Is

Found this poem I wrote a long time ago, but still holds true today...

This is for the God who cuddles me goodnight,

He hugs me and squeezes me oh so tight,

This is for the God who tells me not to fear,

At the end of each day He says "talk to me dear",

This is for the God who sees me at my worst,

Yet His word I seek with a passioned thirst,

This is for the God who allows me to cry,

And gives me hope on the days I just want to die,

This is for the God who showed me what love is,

The God says it's okay I'm not a math-wiz,

This is for the God who gave me a gift to write,

Who never lets me out of His sight,

This is for the God who makes promises that last,

Takes and forgives the sins of my past,

This is for my God who is all of these things,Joy He finds in watching over His beings.

Welcome, traveler

from the land of old

rest your weary head upon my bones

spin your tales and tell your lies

your secrets safe behind my eyes

my life is short and yours is dense

darker than the forest thence

an ally?

that I'll deny

But your treacheries, with me they'll die.

Sham

What is this fable called trust?

A bogus concept often discussed.

Many times I have sought,

But always for naught,

My efforts were met with disgust.

Some argue that trust does exist,

And emphatically they will insist.

But I find few dependable,

Most deem others expendable,

Yet despite my dissent they persist.

For trust is nothing but illusion,

A mainstream-induced mass delusion.

It is merely a lie,

And until the day I die,

I will eschew this misguided collusion.

Farewell,Untrustworthy Man

Trust I seek but I find in you

A tequila shot version of the man I knew

Trust I seek but instead I find lies

Your forked tongue earned your demise

Trust my desire, on this bed one last time

Before it gets labeled as the scene of the crime

Trust I seek and you reach for my hand

Too bad you don't know what I have planned

Trust I seek but instead I find a finger

I chop it off and smile at your whimper

Trust I love you now; as I loved you then

But I won't allow you to hurt me again

Trust my words when I say it'll be quick

Oops I lied, I just chopped off your dick

Trust my eyes, they see you who you are

I didn't know blood geysers shot that far

Trust my hands even if they are shaking

That ain't gonna save your bones from breaking

Trust what I write is absolutely true

My fantasies revolve around killing you

Trust my knife as it slices you open

That's what you get; you left me heartbroken

Trust this blade as it sinks in your leg

I won't plead again, it's your turn to beg

Trust my ears, they are deaf to your pleas

All of me wants you to beg on your knees

Trust I believe in retribution

Consider your death my revolution

The Strangest Stranger

You were the only place

that fed me life

while I was busy

destroying it.

I can't even taste

what remains

from such

putrid bondage.

All I feel are chains

without locks

as I open

towards the day

when I may

pour flowers into the sea

that is

your generosity.
