Jasmine yields sweet nectar
Birds sing from the trees
Writing is my nature
If I cease, I fail to be
Wither and fade
into shadow
without light
suffocate
beneath the weight
of all that is life
if I don't write.
don't think of grandiose purpose
there's simply nothing else
i'd rather do than weave
words into stress and unpaid bills
When I write
I don't have to feel emotions
in my body.
I won't get hurt,
so I vent fearlessly.
It's the only time I truly feel as though I have a voice that people listen to. I feel noticed.
Writing makes me practice putting my emotions and thoughts into words. I understand myself better and I communicate more efficiently.
Because honestly I’d run out of air and friends talking out loud all the time.
If only I could draw....
Because my face could not,
because in a moment words cannot be rehearsed.
I write with careful thought.
Communication first.
I express myself through writing
To escape anger and fighting.
A world of my own
I stand on my thrown.
I write the things I could never say. Things that cause others to look at me with distain... or fear.
