Meaningless W_rds

The touch of your lips on my skin

The gaze of your blue eyes on my body

The promise of passion to come

The wetness and madness of our ardor

The caring and loving and caressing

The long walks in the forest together

The sweet words whispered languidly

None of this meant anything to you

You thought it was meaningless

Until it was too late for remorse

Now it’s meaningless to me

I no longer traipse on your path

And you’re left empty and alone.

Absence

Amazing how yesterday when I was yours

I wasn't good enough to scrub your floors.

Now that I have so many fans,

You're trying to win back my hand?

I haven't changed. My pics are still amazing.

So what could possibly be better now

That would make you say "Wow"?

Absence makes the heart grow fonder.

Sawlryith

Have you forgotten the Alamo?

Have you forgotten the pain?

Because all that I know

Is that when my hair grows,

The noise of it drives me insane.

Lobotomy

People suck,

They really do.

Pretending to be anything but their true selves,

Expecting you to ooh and ahh and kowtow and such.

Feigning altruism,

Talking badly behind others’ backs

(Kind of like I’m doing now

But it’s alright because I’m not being too specific

Or naming names

Although I could.)

Anyway, where was I?

Damn tangents again.

Oh yeah, sucky people.

Now I’m even more depressed than usual,

And that’s abysmal.

Where’s that crochet hook and peroxide?

Out of the Dust and the Shadows, I Come

Trying to put a groan into words is like walking

along and hearing the sound of THE TRUMPET, but not

knowing where the sound is from, not knowing which way

to turn for the exit in the middle of a

fire. A hopelessness and helplessness overtakes you and you are

left with the base, raw emotion that pushes you to

react. You fight with everything that you have to death

or life. You run blindly, not knowing whether you are

on the way to danger or away from it. You

freeze and let evil overtake you to your utter doom.

After all is said and done, you rise, something new.

No, I didn’t say something bad or good, but Different.

Self(ish)

Why aren't you all paying attention to me?

Stupid robots.
