To feel whole,

Not fragmented pieces of those who surround me,

I want autonomy of self and soul.

Peace

To rest into the depths of myself

To feel the world with profound acceptance

To be quiet

To be still

To believe, no, to know that everything is alright right now, in this moment

And to smile and laugh without moving my mouth

To know if I succeeded

If my words weren't beaten

To know I impacted someone's life

To know there won't be any strife

My grandpa back.

This very Moment...

In this very moment,

Though it must seem quite silly

I just want to sleep,

Catch a bit of shit-eye

And get caught up on my hours of dreaming

(Since six-hours-a-night isn't

That wise of a decision).

In this very moment, I want more time

So that I may sleep,

Without the stress of finishing

Everything else!

To be happy.

I am depressed. I am tired. I want to get away from all this toxic behavior near me.

What I want Now.

Right now, with an hour to go before my shift ends I would pay dearly for an armchair to collapse into, a steaming pot of tea which would sit contentedly on a small table to the side, and a plate of chocolate digestives.

All else in the cosmos is yours. Just grant my wish.

Eagle

I want to be an eagle

So beautiful and free

I want to fly over all the states

And know people will notice me

I want to see people point me out

And talk about my grace

It'd be so much different from now

Because I'd finally be something
