You can not find guilt except where it lies deep down inside like a cancer that grows without remorse feelings

of its own. A cancer will eat you until your gone and so will guilt if you don't let it go; so forget about it or talk it out until you get control.

Drowning In Guilt

Its such an uncomfortable feeling, guilt, that is. Suffocating and agonizing. Dragging me down to the depths of the ocean. I gasp for air, but I can't breath. Burried with lies. Wrapped in jealousy and doomed for destruction. The sharks are swimming and circling around. Smelling my blood for shame and regret.
