I Am one with the earth, and the endless sky.

A loving embrace, a soft gentle touch. I am everywhere, and nowhere, all at once!

My vibration is universal and love is the best there is.

It is better to conquer oneself than to win 200 battles!

I Am you and you are me. Let us unite in peace universally.

A smile is a lot more powerful than a frown.

A kind word can transform a moment, and leave imprints on your heart forever.

Just remember you can't ruin your course, it's you. You are the Source!

"I gave my heart right from the start, and then I said " I do" .We laughed, we loved we shared a home and made a family too. Oh how I loved you fiercely, I bit my tongue for you. I pushed aside my feelings as I needed to support you through! Even though my love was strong, and I thought that we belonged. The unkind words cut deeper, and the apologies simply stopped. I fought for you, through tears. As I treasured all our years, my heart belonged to you forever more. The pain was getting worse. No kind words between us, and I felt invisible to you. Once upon a time, you were always on my mind, and love was your favourite thing to share. Those days are now long gone. Our pictures taken down. My wedding ring discarded in the box.

I'll always have these happy memories, and hang on to them with pride. I know I will get over this unbearable pain inside. The world is full of love and kindness if we only look. The day will come when I can smile again. Just 1 step at a time.

"As you look at me, sat in this chair. With my blanket on and my thinning hair.

What do you see?" A frail little soul, without any goal? Mumbling tales of new and old?! "

I used to be just like you, in and out my car. Shopping trips, and School runs, rushing out the door!

I am here, look at me. As you walk on by with your family! Look beyond what you first see, and take a moment to see me.

Life and time are a precious gift, that passes in a flash. I just ask you don't overlook the treasured time you have.

I gaze out the window, and watch the world go by, see day turn into night.

I think back to time gone by, and precious memories stored!

Every moment special and not to be ignored!

So take a pause, just once or twice and think a moment or 2! We only get 1 chance at life, the choice lays up to you!

"How do you say farewell to a beloved friend, a loved one, who's always been by your side, through thick and thin.

If you psychologically knew this was the very last conversation you were having, how would you start, what would you say, and how would you even know when to stop?

I think this is the instance, where some connections, even in silence say nothing, yet everything at the same time. For a clench of a hand, and gentle kiss on the cheek, will last for eternity.

We all come into this world with nothing and leave with nothing, which in the bigger scope speaks volumes. Collect memories not things❤️

A shiny new car will always be shiny and expensive. But a warm embrace, laughter, and smiles, is more priceless than any car I would care to have!

As I get older, I'm realising each day is a gift, and another opportunity to do something amazing. Which is why it's called the "present" as each moment is a gift. I wake up every day and try and embrace something wonderful I can do with this fresh 24 hours, and the difference I will have made by the end of it!

If I can think of 1 or 2 positive scenarios of something I have achieved, it's been a great day and tomorrow there is a brand new one to start all over again!

Trembling little babies, traumatised from shock. Let the world open up their arms and please make this nightmare stop!
