Like five little fingers,

Ten fists were born.

With every kick,

Her little stars, she'd adorn.

While watching a petaled daisy,

She'd wonder if they'd be lazy.

Laugh and smile,

for her river of love ran longer than Nile.

He danced around her,

like she was his.

Bright flames in his eyes.

Tears hidden beneath her lies.

When she cried in her grey cloak.

He hid, for he could not see.

To dry the ones who are soak,

Came her friend rustling through the trees.

She made flowers bloom.

While made the world gloom.

When they met the world turned white.

As time passed it all just turned right.

Memories of Demeter and Persephone; it may ring.

Summer, winter, rain, autumn and spring;

Biting nails.
