Whoosh--a blast of light

bright and blinding, destined

first breath is first fight

Whirlwind--maelstrom of

new colors sounds sensations

mold us: breathing clay

Whiteout--blinding ice

frozen in place, lost in

an age of doubting

Wonder--we realize it's fine

certainty is mere feeling

we learn by unknowns
