Panic Attack
Write/describe a panic attack. Poetry or prose. Don't describe the events that led to the panic attack, but you can write a small introduction if you like. (I will be providing a panic attack of my own too :)

Panned Panic Attack

Tell me if you can: How does one “provide” a panic attack?

Maybe it’s just sloppy writing, the words of a hack

Or maybe there is something afoot that is far more sinister

Is the author hinting at an awful scheme she’s about to administer?

You see, by their nature panic attacks are vague

Essentially it’s primal fear, you avoid it like the plague

A panic attack can phone you…then own you, stone you and dethrone you

A panic attack can rip at your soul and destroy all you hold dear

A panic attack is brutal and ruthless, as are the people who traffic in fear.

A panic attack is a sudden discomfort like when your face gets smacked.

It’s a car crash, terrible news or when your computer gets hacked.

No, a panic attack ain’t no fun and games.

It destroys, it hurts, it belittles and maims.

So there you have it, I said my peace, I’m done with my all my chiding

But please do refrain from telling me about a panic attack you plan to be providing
