Rain

Outside I hear the droplets of water

While I'm typing a letter

Then, it started pouring rain

The sky is sympathizing with my pain

Reminiscing our same old days

Didn't know within it are hurtful rays

Rays of disappointment

Because of the delivered sentiments

Rays of agonizing pain

The feeling that makes me insane

Rays of sadness

Now got changed with numbness

The rain keeps on pouring

And I, too, kept on crying

Just by seeing our framed picture

But I know we now have our closure

We were so happy that night

It's you who always gave me light

Then again, I remember it's over

We're done with that same old fever

As I continue typing

Little by little my heart is breaking

A lot can happen in a year

I thought I have nothing to fear

But now that we're done

Our relationship is gone

My feelings for you will always be here

You'll always be my first love, my dear

You said we'll let go of what we have now

If we're really meant to be, we'd be together somehow

You said we have a love that won't go away

I believe, that love would always stay

If time comes and we still have that love

We would have help from someone above

Now, the sky is calming down

Droplets are falling on the ground

The stars still doesn't seem to show

Just like someone whom I know

As the sky stopped raining

I, on the other hand, also stopped crying

I stopped reminiscing

Our story I stopped remembering

'Cause with it comes a painful feeling

Eventhough we still can't tell the ending

Now, I'll stop typing

Stop complaining and start living
