I am the dusty cups

I am everything, and nothing

I am the world burned to ashes

And I am you

Staring endlessly at words

Words fill you with hope

Sorrow

Anger

Feeling

Passionately

And yet

They can bring you down

Kick you from your high seat

Knock you to the ground

With reality
