Pick-A-Boo

A weird belief we were told when we were small was step on the crack break your mothers

back. All my childhood life I dodged cracks so my mom would not be hurt. LMAO. If you split a pole or tree you would have bad luck. So if we walked and split a pole or tree we would go a half block or where ever to go back around to the side the other person were on. "Jigs on you, you owe me a soda", was a saying that gave me alot of soda when I was small. And that was when someone said a word or phrase at the same time you did. If you broke a mirror you had 7 years bad luck. I'm still getting bad luck, because once I thought of that say, something would happen and I would break it. Black cat cross you

bad luck for life. I wouldn't get near a black cat for a long time. LMAO. Well, now I don't

believe in superstition. So I have done it all. LOL..
