Identity

I am a storm cloud

Spreading my darkness throughout

My life and others' too.

A chameleon

Sitting on the wall and

Hiding from friends and foe.

A zebra hidden

In grasses that hide

All that makes myself.

A shadow in life

Not standing out but standing

By my master's side.

A friend always true

Loyal, faithful, forgiving

Never accusing.

My own consciousness

Drinking knowledge, eating words

Learning to be me.
