This is a form of writing called a triptych. It consists of 3 syllables per line, 3 lines per stanza and 6 or 9 stanzas per poem. Any subject. why i write (trial and error)

Blank pages

beg to be

written on,

But I have

no pen with

which to write.

I have thoughts,

poems, a

line or two.

They do not

go with one

another.

They do not

form pretty

pictures, no.

But they are

mine, and that

is enough.

Spoiled.

When Grandma dies, so does her food.

The recipes were in her head,

in her fingertips like magic.

The few she wrote down,

you can copy them.

Try to recreate them.

But they'll never taste the same.
