Challenge
How are you?
Just put it out there. In any form of writing. Thoughts that are eating you up, feelings you've pushed down... Won't judge. Don't limit yourself on curse words either - if that's how you're feeling. If you need to express yourself, I'm here. Also, no winners, no losers in this challenge

Title.

What can I say...

I'm the same as ever

I can't tell if it's a good or bad thing

It goes both ways

But it just feels lonely

That's it.

Lonely.

And I don't feel great about it.

Lament Or Celebrate The Inherent Insatiability Of Existence (30 Words Or Less)
Yep, that's what I said: 30 words or less. Exciting, right? Isn't it simply better to be restricted? To have rules to follow or even to break. After all, to accomplish something by limited means is a far more agreeable feat than to face the queasy expanse of a blank slate, is it not?

Waiting here

An invisible timer...

looms over my head, ticks down every moment

one shot for Life, Creation, and Everything

no retries, no continues.

everything starts and ends here.

until it ends...

“Piano Man”

Window above my head

In view, and out of view

Would I peer at something beautiful?

A shower of sparks and lights?

Or the ruins of a man uncertain?

I can hear the echoes of your call

“Gemini Breath”

Twins pulsing in harmony

Singing an ever looming song

Through pump and pull serve till death

Synchronized Waltzing

Beautifully inside

“Shining Star”

Sometimes I forget how bright the sun truly is

In a classroom's echoes, My mind burns

Eyes strained, Ears perked

I offer my attention to your droning

Focus fighting and struggling

Until a dull light shines inside

And I remember how bright the sun is
