Why so serious?
craizee in Comedy

Seriously.

I sat and thought for hours what to say

Days, weeks, has it been months now?

I'm forgetting the names of my friends.

I'm forgetting to check on my family.

Some claim worry, but worry isn't needed.

Not when there is much greater to be had.

I sit and I write.

My fingers grow numb.

I have no time to waste

I must keep on going.

I've skipped all my classes

I've ignored all my homework.

School means nothing to me

With the promise of something greater.

The responses keep flooding in

And time is running out.

I put all my energy into this one task.

Never have I been so determined.

I must come up with the best submission

Because in 10 years, I might get three dollars.

Fond memories.

You remember when we played

that prank on mom? I'm really sorry

I didn't go to your dads funeral.
