Broken promises

The first time it happened was an accident. Sort of. The second time, a fluke. Kind of. The third time, I promised myself it would never happen again...as I’ve done each time since then. I looked down into her lifeless eyes, my hands still wrapped around her neck, and sighed.

Broken Facades

I smile

But I feel no

joy

I laugh

But nothing is

funny

I cry

But I don´t know

why

I weep

But I can´t

stop

I sob

But no one

notices

I speak

But no one

hears

I shout

But no one

listens

I scream

But no one

cares

lonely

What’s it like without him?

Lonely.

I lost my person.

It’s just really, really lonely.

Suicide Note

I can't do this anymore.

I attempt to say.

I am desperately tired.

I want to convey.

I love you.

But I know my words are lies.

I'm sorry.

But I've said that too many times.

I want to live...

I start.

But I also need to-

die.

Wisdom Teeth

They give me the instructions, as if I was his mother. I don’t know how to care for anyone.

Outside he pulls out a cigarette.

“No smoking,” I say.

He lights it anyway, exhaling a thick cloud, blooding dribbling down his chin and soaking the front of his t-shirt.

You

You make me smile

So much that my dimples come out

That my eyes are lit up with every star in the universe

Your texts, voice, hair

Makes me feels some way i've never felt before

You don't know it yet

But I love you

Secondary Character

I created him to die.

I gave him a name. A face. A story.

I made him kind, loving, loved. I manipulated his actions, molded him to fit my needs. He never knew me, but I knew him.

And then I cried while I made him bleed.

The Daydreamer

It was a glorious night to kill. Moonlight reflected off the woman’s knife. Not the classiest tool, but it did its job.

Her left hand twitched.

Not yet, I’ve waited this long.

She checked her reflection.

Innocent, as long as nobody paid attention. Thank goodness nobody ever paid attention.

The Shoe

Since the shoe’s master had returned, he hadn’t been the same.

Master was angry, withdrawn- and had no use for the shoe anymore.

Only his right partner still got use.

The lonely shoe remembered the day his master had spied him and thrown him under the bed, wheeling silently away.

"You don't have to say yes."

"I want to."

"Really?"

"Yes."

"Like, yes?"

"Yes."

"You're-"

"Shut up. Yes."

"Ok."

The crowd erupted in a raucous laughter at the sight of two naked people running across the field.
