Hushing memories of simple times with you

I am the shadow living by your fuel, dying in the darkness which surrounds you.

I daily wonder what it would be like if I could ever finally meet you.

I finally escape the prison

of my wounded heart

Yet, I can still feel you.

I stand alone against your army of darkness. With my blade, I will defeat you.

I think it's time for me to stop basing all of my happiness on you.
