Different Name Same Soul
Well Lynn's not an alias as something like "raindowStar237" but it's not my first name or pet name. Lynn is actually my middle name. I chose it because I didn't like the way my nickname sounded or looked scribbled across the bottom page when all my writing was manual. I used Lynn to stamp what work was mine so I thought it would be appropriate for that to be my name here.
Me, as a writer.
Yowwa
Yowwa is not my name. My name is Steve, and I didn't choose Yowwa as a nickname, it was chosen for me by my good friends daughter when she was just two years old. What happened is this;
We were sat at home eating our dinner (mashed potatoes, carrots, onion gravy and pan fried liver ), half way through our meal my friend looked up at his daughter who was happily stuffing mashed potato all over her face, and asked her 'Where's Uncle Steve?'
She looked towards me with a huge mash smile and said 'Yowwa'.
And that's about it guys.
Lutra = Lou Trah
Lou Trah is my pen name I've had for the last four years and I've decided that it'll stay. It's just lutra, which is a genus of otter, turned into a full name. I like it because it's short and I have a fondness for otters. Who doesn't love those long, squeaky water dogs who crack clams on their belly and hold hands so they don't drift apart? Also, they are a keystone species in any of their habitats.
