My mentor Dr. Strange

He's my role model

Makes me believe that

Even a simple mind

Like mine can achieve

Powers way beyond my

Imagination. Abilities

That I would never

Quite seem to comprehend

And yet so many infinite

Power stones and magical

Charms and all knowing

Spirits now want to bestow

Upon me an average person

Wonderful unending powers!

This is highly unlikely and not

To Forget that I don't even have

That much knowledge of the arts

Of super beings, heroes or heroines.

Why me? There are other candidates

Much more worthy than I will ever be.

Now I must take this task to defend

This vast infinite universe, in this wide Galaxy within the Milky Way. Oh my

Is this my calling to be a super powerful being of this ultimate Cosmos? I will need a lot of help.

With Dr. Strange as my guide I need not to worry. He is fairly new in this new career of sorts & I must say he is doing brilliantly well. Now I just have to keep training and believe in myself. Someday I will gain a mystical artifact maybe one quite similar to the Cloak of Levitation or one with known and unknown force like the Eye of Agamotto. I will have to have a lot of patience for now. I shall keep training and look forward to what my future life in this timeline holds for me. Indeed I dream of the day everything falls into place. Then all this training would not have been in vain. Maybe I can also research what magical stones and artifacts match my character/self. Hmm, it might just come to me sooner Than I know. Or in an epic battle it will draw near to me and come to my aid. I have so much hope. Unending faith that it will all work out in a way that I did not even see coming.

Who keeps forgetting she isn't Kitty,

Can't phase through walls.

If I could have any power at all, I once would've said mind reading. To be able to know how others feel....to feel their pain. Empathy never came easy to me. I mean, I could feel waves of emotion for starving kids in Africa, dead elephants in India, lines of stumps where forests once stood. But I couldn't feel any compassion if a right in person in front of me got hurt. I also wanted to know how they thought about me. I could never tell if I was friends with people or not, and at a certain age it's no longer socially acceptable to simply ask someone if you're friends. But now I've found out that I don't have as many friends as I thought I did, and that even if I could hear their thought processes I wouldn't empathize. I don't need mind reading to tell me that. Now I'd say invisibility. I already feel invisible, but if I could turn invisible I'd be able to stop pretending to be so damn happy all the time. I could slowly fade away.

Maybe both!

If I had a super ability (not a power) I would choose the ability to control minds through hypnosis.

I would wheedle my way in to world summit meetings/heads of countries offices and get into their heads, bring peace to the world.  Make them care about the planet and what lives on it.  Maybe even do a mass hypnosis on TV/Radio/Internet and get people to care for one another more, in the hope that it would stop world hunger, bring down barriers,stop racism, make humans humane towards animals etc  I´d use my ability for good, not to get money or power, that would not interest me, I like to see good things happening, that would be my reward.  I would not directly order them to do something, I would suggest they use their built in moral compass and logic, ask them to way up the benefits of many against benefits for a few and follow the results they find.  Yes it would be hard not to just say "Do this, do that" but if I did I would be not a very nice person...so I would guide. 

Hmmmm and NO I would not wear my pants outside my tights!!!!

I think I´d dress the same as I do now most of the time... I´d be known as PJ Woman!

Seems a little cruel, even to me. One time; so you better make sure it's when you really need it.

   Following all the extraordinary exploits through the media. Of course, occasionally drumming up a bit of a fuss is a must, but every worthwhile endeavor is due its sacrifices. Pawns were worth only those who believed it was their duty to keep them safe. It is those who I tirelessly pursue, and for whom I lie in patient wait. Eventually, consuming their exceptional talents will not demand taking their lives. My hunt will continue undeterred as each meal strengthens me. Why not hold onto them for eternity? One of them would most likely secure me living for that long.

Knowledge is power, power is the currency that makes this world operate, and wisdom is the ability to turn knowledge into action. If I were to gain a superpower, I would wish for eternal wisdom - the ability to understand what knowledge means in the greater context of the universe we live in. It would allow me to assess what is wrong, decide how to fix it, and have the influence to make those corrections happen. Because until we fix our problems, until we make peace with ourselves, we do not have the potential to be more than we currently are.
