This whole song reminds me of a few things, but for these two particular parts, this is what comes to mind.

1.) The choreography I did for this song (and for these particular parts)

2.) No matter who you are, male or female, you can over come the things that keep you down or push you around

3.) Abuse is everywhere. Mental and physical. From parents to partners, even children now.

4.) It reminds me that everyone has a power inside of them. Some use theirs against others, some use theirs to help others, and some have to use all that they have just to keep going, but we all have power to overcome the ones who make us feel worthless, miserable, powerless...

The ones who make us feel pain, inside and out.

We all have the power inside of us to defeat it, sadly though, not everyone can find it.
