Clouds in the Sky

An enchanting sight,

The beauty of the setting sun

Staining the tapestry of white clouds woven in the sky

Into vibrant shades of orange, purple, and pink.

A breath of fresh air, of new hope for a better future.

I bask in the final rays of light before night falls,

Savoring the warmth that seeps into my skin, my soul.

And as I watch the sun fade away beyond the horizon,

I'm not afraid of the night.

I'm not afraid of the stormy days to come.

Not anymore.

For now I remember:

There is more to life than rain and thunder,

Than darkness and fear.

And I am so grateful to the clouds that floated into my life,

Who reintroduced me to color and hope and warmth.

Attempting to Enjoin

mirages

come and go...

and we no longer

expect

the impossible

only watch,

with wonder

Under the golden dusky sky

Under the golden dusky sky

I'm so lonely

So lonely.

Fading rays of light

Like birds flying away

Oh so slowly

So slowly.

All the buds they

Glance through

The lattice of leaves

and shrubbery.

In the aroma,

And the humming

They are lost

Completely.

Just then the night rushes in

Making their eyes dreamy,

And Teary.

But no one ever cares

Why the buds cry.

Fading rays of light,

Like birds flying away,

Oh so slowly

So slowly.

SS Dream

Rock myself to sleep on a boat called SS Dream

Rock myself to sleep, clear my mind of everything

Think about me when you close your eyes tonight

Think about me, in my dreams we'll meet alright?

I wanna meet the man of my dreams tonight

In a castle made of gold

I wanna wear a dress that's made of light

And dance together till we're old

Let Go

The sun doesn't ask the moon why it doesn't shine,

it just shows up and provides its light each night,

the sand doesn't ask the waves why they roll,

it just stands and catches them as they fall,

the trees don't question the gusts of the wind,

they just withstand and learn how to bend,

if earth can give itself this much grace,

we too might find peace in this place.

Rayleigh scattering

Rayleigh doth protest too much;

His light scattering along the bluff.

From one particle to another,

I say this to you my brother:

Take the energy you once had;

Transfer it to another lad.

Do that countless times and reveal

A mosiacic of clouds; an emotional appeal
