Death of a Nation

No, it can't be

Insufferable to the damned!

Neither pain, nor

Emotion could compel

Ever be something less

Loath to the East!

Evacuate to the West!

Vanquish the sand!

Eradicate the hate!

Never forget the blood of fate!

To all the fallen greats

Who never did see the light of day,

Oh, never forget them.

The scorching sun and

Heated earth, to

Others' blisters and

Unwavering faith, to

Salume oath of

Amazing grace of

Nothing to end the

Death of a bitter fate

Others would rise;

No, that would be too great a fate

Either this, or an utter bliss...

The Pioneers

The winds rush and blow

leaves crunch and rustle

the children run and cry

the lovers cuddle in the breeze

and the writers dream...

As the rains fall

and the winds blow

The cold follows close

The trees already bore

and are ready to rest

in a solemn peace

Their leaves fall

to kiss Mother Earth

and show her love

And to shower her love,

she raises their young

As the saplings grow...

Much may follow.

But let it be so;

There my be something

not yet known

As the Dust Settles

As the stones around you would

crumble the road

There would be something to loose control.

And as the dust would settle on the ice

The bricks would fight

And the smoke of love

would burn your eyes...

Oh, there would be something else to say

but it would never leave the lips

and it would burn the soul

But it would never hurt...

As the earth shatters and breaks,

they would see the day of change;

but it would be too late...

And as the sun would rise...

the earth would cry

a silent cry

The iron would hold many

to save the few

But it would never be enough.

As the stones would fall

from mountain top...

The road would crumble and stop.

From Mysteries of Above

As waters fall of misty air

The oceans rise of mineral bare

To save a solemn silence

of something oh so bitter sweet

As the silver drops complie

to bathe the earth of winter day

the rushing waters cleansed the sand

of crystal air

Oh to shore on this day

as the steam should rise and fall

This flow of life

to feed the earth

would bring forth a cleansed girth

And as the mercury would fall

from the sky and above...

There would be of such wonder

to be

A Sound of Silence

The sounds would mesh together

as if they were in chains

So to hear a shrill of terror

was not out of the ordinar

The writers wrought

The people stared

And the scream carried through the air

And since that day

I pondered bare

"What could have been?"

But many a day

have come to pass

And so it is no

This, Always There

How it could ever be?

I should not know

But be tha as it may,

we should ever know

Change my mind

you could never

This being of a blissful grace

yet of a bitter place

Shackles yield

but would restrain

And mallets would build

Change my mind

you could never

This law of fate

yet a guide of sleight

These shades of gray

cloud The Way

But be that as it may,

Change my mind

you could never.

A New Rest

The box is cold

The dirt hard

And the dust

unbreathable

The cold that would follow

would never be spoken of again

The dew would be my quilt

and the box my bed

The stars would be

my friends evermore

And time,

no more

As the grass would age

the leaves fall,

and the trees grow;

The stones would stay

The rain would polish

the sun would bleach

and the sand would shave

They would walk,

but not much

As night would become day

More would join our ranks

of Dust and Decay.

Black Rivers

The walls ooze crimson

of pure pain and agony

To haunt those that

would gaze upon

the horrors of

The Red Walls

As flesh would rot

and bone would break

The Witness would testify

The skys a bitter gray

clouds rain

and the Dead roam

The Demons enslave

The Reaper takes

As all come loose,

the Crescent would be

The dust would choke

the Living of earth

And as the star would set...

The Souls would flee

of crimson bands

in the breeze

I Enter

I saw this burning light

of glory to be made

The comfort of this place

would keep me safe

and I would feel no more pain

A throne of golden fire

would greet me There

of warm arms to hug me bare

Diamonds would escape from mine eyes

to wash His feet

His hands,

strong and cores

but soft and kind

With these hands,

He would take me There.

There were others,

so many others;

to greet me There

with warm arms to hold me Here.

The Calling

Either save us or

Avenge them, to know all

Range must be brought to light

Never forget these fallen ones

Trust me;

Others could have done

Leave the lost

Invite the new.

Venture far from home

Earn your place amongst them

Live in the now

Inlighten the last souls

Vacant is this people

Enable the noble few

Trudge for all the tired and wiry

Open thine eyes for all spirit

Defy them, you must

Immaculate THE Ones

Enlighten the last souls
