I'm scared of the dark and large waves, so I walk into both with closed eyes, 

hold my breath and jump,

consume me,

they come after me, 

their voices used to fool me, 

turn around you're useless, 

I reach out in the dark, 

but only sound remains behind closed eyes, 

I let them lead me, and I fall.

to you from me, 

I am grateful for you because you've made me thankful for me;

insecure abnormalities,

you helped me see that that's not all I could be,

I am thankful for you because you've made me thankful for me;

I look in the mirror and my reflection no longer glares at me,

the face that looks back at me is outspoken and grateful to be alive,

I am grateful for you because you've made me grateful for me;

and that's something I never thought I could be.

I give you this color,

A slights shade of gray,

I guess you could say an off set white,

The color of the sky on a saddened day,

Or maybe just Gray,

But what fun would that be?
