She toss and turns,

Rolling around,

Biting her lip to stop the sound,

It's harsh, It's cruel,

She shuts her eyes,

She's had so much,

She wants to cry,

Gritting her teeth,

Suppressing screams,

Refusing to quit,

She will not leave,

So she stands up,

She always does,

Fighting off her demons,

one by one.

They laugh like hyenas, voices so high you cover your ears.

Their faces show pure madness, not a hint of sanity.

They mock, they hiss, they taunt in glee.

You see them coming, you hide away.

Lips so red, smile etched with paint.

Grins so frightening you run away.

Their teeth are sharp, pins pierce your heart.

So run, just run. Run away.

The clowns don't mind.. they love the chase.
