Power in 1
One step in the right direction,
One choice to change law,
One person brave in pursuit,
One stood the pain of all.
One refusal that challenges rights,
One speech that we remember still,
One act ripples through time,
One victory because of will.
One graduate of color,
One woman who could vote,
One Jewish free of Nazis,
One Teen who voiced and wrote.
One second of a minute,

A Day signifying power.
Challenge
Things you can say about your Christmas present, but not your girlfriend/boyfriend.
Think of it as part of that game ‘Scenes from a Hat’ from the hit show Whose Line Is It Anyway. I much prefer if your entry consisted of at least 5-10 words, that way your entry is short and simple.
