I knew I've lost you, 

before you ever said we were done.

There was a deafening silence between us,

my heart didn't accept what my brain already knew.

We were supposed to be forever,

Who knew forever was so short?

You turned out be everything you said you weren't,

And became another temporary blessing,

A life long lesson.

Written for someone I'll always love but lost.

I've been reserved when it came to love,

You waltzed in and changed that.

Making me take a chance with you, move forward.

It's been a little over a week,

since You and I made an 'US'

Even though it feels like years.

You've made me happier than I was,

been there at my worst,

You've made me feel safe with you.

I'm unsure of how much I've done for you,

All I know is I've fallen for you so bad,

and I love you so much more than words could say.

I saw you & I playing dress up,

Laughing at our ridiculous make up.

Later on I saw us again,

A bit more grown up.

Talking about our feelings,

and what has been happening.

I was hugging you and crying,

You were hugging me back and comforting me.

You were like a big sister,

Always always having my back,

Just like I had yours.

Sadly, it was just a flashback of our memories,

In a dream. 

Emotions run through me,

Thoughts of so many things,

Feelings thats kept inside,

So much going on around me,

Wishing to let it all out, 

To tell someone and help me cope.

Even though I show everything is perfect,

It's not. Not at all.

Worst feeling in the world?

Feeling lonely when there is people surrounding you.

There she goes again,

Falling so quick. So hard.

Same person, different time and age.

She pretends not to like him.

Tells people she is done.

but it is her heart that knows the truth.

You break my heart yet again, 

It didn’t mind if I was a friend or lover, 

I just want to help you to be your best version. 

I thought you’ve changed, 

To see you’ve only gotten worse. 

If I stay, I would be hurting myself for no reason, 

So I leave you without a goodbye.

Listened to with ears. 

Written and typed with hands, 

Read with eyes.

Understood with the brain. 

They are used to express feelings,

Feelings, which could be good or bad. 

Once these are spoken it cannot be replaced, 

Once it is out, it cannot be undone. 

These could create a war or make peace, 

These could make someone fall in love or fall out of love.

They could make strangers into friends, 

Friends into lovers or friends back to strangers. 

What occurs with Words could never be predicted.
