I can't be with who I love

I felt alone when I was the one person in a crowded room that no one saw. No one spoke to me. I was shunned; banned to even look at them. You never realize how alone you can be, when you're invisible in a crow

Someday They’ll See Me

I am the student in the back of the classroom. I am the friend with all the answers. I am the one no one sees until they need something. I'm there for everyone else, but have few there for me. I am the person you don't pay attention to, yet is hurting the most on the inside.

I am someone who has grown up with hurt and sadness, and is finally learning how to conquer it. I am the person who does as she's told and doesn't fight the votes. I help who I can because having no help got me here in the first place.

I am the student in the back of the classroom.

The one everyone will see someday.
