I can't breath, I can't move.

My eyes burn as I try to blink.

My body cramps, as there's nought I can do.

"Please help," I try to say.

But no sound comes out.

Extreme frustration,

Adds to the blackness

As the emotion consumes me.

It made the world stop

And my body ache.

Such a blinding thing.

I can't think of what it's called

As it shuts down my brain.

"Help me." I try to scream.

But no one does.

And as I stand there,

All alone, it grows.
