The Wind

Breath deep,

It's all in your head.

Nobody said;

that things would be easy.

Some how,

you've got the know-how.

You've finally found out;

Good times are deceiving.

Pay no mind,

to the attractions.

Got no way,

to spend the day.

I don't mind

a chain reaction.

One more,

Then I'm on my way.

Mr. Clown

God saved the Queen,

Killed the movement he started.

Tried to explain that he,

wanted no part in it all.

He never saw it goin' down that way.

and I've been talkin'.

Talking 'bout thinkin',

up some new ways

to gather up all the pieces.

You know you're getting old,

when you don't know where your home should be.

Call me Mr. Clown,

Shackled down by the masses.

Can't get the story straight,

when you don't know what the fact is.

Getting hard, getting late,

when you're out there on your own.

It's the same old story,

being over and over told.

Stand.

Please get away from me.

Go outside;

Flip your pages,

Curse your words,

Find your time,

fester and stir.

Just get away from us,

And go outside.

Amphigory

It was a surprisingly cold night for June, the freezing rain stinging the back of my neck as we walked, one by one, through the slated streets that once made up the city. Forward! We heard the cried from the loudspeaker, hanging from the telephone pole, as I tried to catch the attention of the man behind me. Wonderlessly, I wondered why it was happening; what did it all mean? Last thing I remember was laying in bed, eyes wide open staring at the small cracks and divots beginning to grow on my ceiling tiles. Suddenly, chaos arose as men rushed into my one-bedroom apartment. I, with the rest, all were herded to Main Street and forced into a single, straight line. One by one, right after another, for as far as the eye could bear to see. Smoke and fire cascaded in from all around our home metropolis, lighting up the nighttime sky. A storm in the distance spit lightning onto the mountains ahead. All the while, as I walked blindly, I couldn’t help but wonder how this came to be. Why was this happening? A teakettle began to sing. An explosion blast out a store wall and pinned me in lightless pain. I remember being stuck and covered in rubble. Helpless; I felt dead. I spat, to orient myself to the right direction, and began to try and climb my way out. Little by little, one by one, I thrust rocks and dirt down. I began to see cracks of light. Right then, I erupted in joy, awake in my bed, safely at home.

Just the start, hope you like it...

Cacophony

Set 'em up;

I'll knock 'em down, like the old days.

Toss it down the gutter,

once in a while.

Seventeen;

You're far too young, to be our age.

You break the silence,

all aloof with a smile.

I don't want to be

A pin stuck in outer space.

It's getting cold now,

The sun doesn't shine.

You Don’t...

But that's okay.

You still, and sense that you're okay.

but after all;

You don't have sense to make the shapes,

that you withdrawal;

Your sense of wonder makes me ache..

Repost it please, I don't use the social stuff. I love you all, though

ti Kcuf...

Twin doves dance,

amidst the shaking of the pond;

It's raining...

It could be more.

Hopefully

Hopefully you like the words that I somehow can typeth,

Inept, my way of tangling doth ordinary things.

My nonsense is the way of truth, reality's no conscience.

Sense of reason, pulling tooth's that scatter as they start to sting.

Fuck it, Share it, like it if you please. I'm sorry for the abrasivity.

Some Times

Mary had a little loan, she put against her house.

Johnny sank his hand down to the bottom of the mountain.

Martha mighta' missed the boat, as she began to grouch,

about the names assigned to things and how on earth to count them.

Round and round we spin and wait;

until we reach the faucet.

Back inside the thought supply,

until we reach the drain.

Round and round, we roll through town

not knowing what to say.

Until the end we wonder

what went wrong and how we lost it.

more to come..

Your Head Will Swell

Long before the hour breaks:

the one that comes to separate

the pompous from the modest minds of man.

Your head will swell,

your veins will ache,

the medicine begins to take;

but who are you,

if you're not who you am?

I'll now be young, and fail to fly

'Till i grow up, why bother try.

I'll soon grow up, and live until I die...

Then off to nowhere, neverland...

Verses to come, but let me know what you think and share it please. I don't use social media at all..
