Plunder

Gotta stay focused,

Sitting here amidst the rise of the locusts-

I try to revel in my fate

But keep wondering is it too late?

Just tryna find a sign,

Tryna find my mind-

Always destined for greatness

Pushing through all the fakeness

For those that are Fate-less,

Take a step back and relate, yes-

Cuz these times are hard

And I'm feeling barred

Hiding behind a mask

Feels like there's no healing under this cast

Tryna step back to the past

Where everything moved so fast

But everyone knows nothing can last

Getting back to the attack

Forced to stay in line

Cuz these are the times

6 ft apart but also 6 ft under

I'm DEAD IN THIS NEW WORLD PLUNDER!!!

Me

The rain is showering down.

I am as sad as can be.

I want to be somewhere else,

Where I can be free.

I want to express my feelings to all,

So they do not make things worse.

But- they are.

I long for my own secret world,

But I hear people thinking "In your dreams."

I don't care what they say,

Because I am me.

I can do whatever I want-

I Am Me.

I believe in what I believe in-

I Am Me.

I won't let people change my mind,

Nobody can.

And do you know what secret world I was talking about?

Well, it is right here.

Poetry is the solution to get my feelings out.

This Is Me...

Within You Without You - The Beatles

We were talking about the space between us all

And the people who hide themselves behind a wall of illusion

Never glimpse the truth, then it's far too late, when they pass away

We were talking about the love we all could share

When we find it, to try our best to hold it there with our love

With our love, we could save the world, if they only knew

Try to realise it's all within yourself

No one else can make you change

And to see you're really only very small

And life flows on within you and without you

We were talking about the love that's gone so cold

And the people who gain the world and lose their soul

They don't know, they can't see, are you one of them?

When you've seen beyond yourself then you may find

Peace of mind is waiting there

And the time will come when you see we're all one

And life flows on within you and without you

Write about surrendering, giving up all willingly. Any style

G.O.D.

My Will was strong but also wrong,

Just an Ego fraught with unrighteous power-

I’m waiving my white flag now,

And learning how to surrender.

My hands are up since I know I messed up,

I am learning to ignore all those devilish whispers taunting my soul.

I’m turning it over to something greater than myself,

Because I cannot make decisions right now.

I was forging a path through a forest of lies,

To get out and seek help all I needed to do was look up-

I’m finally learning how to leave my shadow behind,

So I can truly move forward without my past weighing heavy.

I tried to fit my foot in a shoe that didn’t fit,

I’m no Cinderella so why did I ever want to play pretend?

I’ve learned to be comfortable walking naked and barefoot

Because I have Faith that I’ll be dressed by purpose in due time.

I’ve surrendered to understand the meaning of life,

I’ve surrendered because I’m tired of pretending I’m alright.

I’ve surrendered to see what else is out there,

I’ve surrendered so I can truly give.

I’ve surrendered because I know it’s for the greater good-

Collective Consciousness I Trust you will lead the way.

I’m only praying for things to turn out as they’re meant to be-

I don’t ask for or want anything anymore,

I am just a fish in your kaleidoscope wave part of a whole.

The luminescence is true-

Gleaming brilliant

The sun can engulf you too.

Silence.

Silence beckons me into darkness,

As my tortured thoughts are un-caged.

The demons deep in my soul reveal themselves,

As cognitive inhibitions are let go.

Silence creeps gripping fear in mortal’s breath-

It hangs shallow and low across vast emptiness,

Yet deep and high through Never-Ending-Ness.

Fortunate souls see silence as serene,

Peacefully ignorant of the depths the mind taunts to wander-

I know the way silence lingers,

Beneath my heartbeat I cannot control.

Silence is alarming and as piercing as a scream,

My senses tingle in silence and I dare not move

In an ocean of dormant monstrosities.

Silence is black and absent of color

Reflecting all of the lights that are known-

A mysterious cloak

Over places I dare not go.

Aliens created us. But who created the aliens?

Do Aliens Even Exist?

It has always been my theory that mucus-covered green aliens with weirdly shaped bodies and large black eyes that seemingly stare into nothingness are simply memories of birth. Think about it, you are pushed through a small hole covered in mucus, blood, and other bodily fluids as you take your first breath staring up at doctors in mint green scrubs through clouded eyes. Strange faces stare down at you with blinding lights behind them as you cry in shock outside the comfort of your mother’s womb. So, I do not believe aliens in that sense created us at all.

Day Trade

Playing on fear

While ignoring the greed-

Disbanding the short bears

As I buy down with speed.

A self-proclaimed bull

At times overly optimistic-

But the glass stays half full

As I stay delightfully hedonistic.

When I sell too early I have to remember

You can never go broke taking a profit-

The next day I won’t even remember

The previous day’s specific profits or losses.

Bored of charts and lulling hours,

Dead months in August and the end of December-

Longing for more volatile powers

For the entertainment of my ADD in capricious splendor.

Clicking bids and taking offers,

Ups and downs it’s all part of the game-

Always needing to maintain the velocity to prosper

Day trading ignites a breathtaking flame.
