SUN GAZING FOR DUMMIES

Sun gazing is one of the most essential parts of life that is being overlooked and left as a thing of the past due to the implications of it being a form of worship of the Sun or of the deity of the Sun. In order to properly sungaze you must understand the circadian rhythm of the body which is broken down to the melatonin that is released in order to put your body into a calm State during certain periods of the day where the sun is located. The benefits of sun gazing are not only the vitamin d that you receive but also the dopamine the serotonin and other aspects that are released by your endocrine system. Something that most people don't know is that this is the same energy transference that you're trying to get during what is known as the sacred secretion, only difference is is that this does not require you to track the lunar cycle it does not provide new DNA or New blood only the electrical charge that you're trying to return to the mind to provoke the pineal gland and the releasing of the melatonin. You can receive the same electrical charge from the Sun by sun gazing magnifying the properties of the pineal gland the hypothalamus the pituitary and basal ganglia. To begin this process you must stare at the Sun during the time that the sun is at eye level which is the sunrise which is the beginning of the circadian rhythm for the day you should be rising with the Sun.

For beginners when you go outside to stare at the Sun during the sunrise what you want to do is ground yourself by removing your shoes and socks so that you are circulating your energies properly. What this does is creates a rhythm between you and the earth making your energies circulate properly this should be done daily! This is a very crucial part of sun gazing due to the fact that you're needing your energies to be circulating while you're absorbing the sunlight this is your negative and your positive source you are the ark. Now for the beginner you want to close your eyes and allow the red light to penetrate your eyelids and turn your hands in the direction of the Sun this can be done sitting or standing. After doing so for about a month you will find that you're able to start opening your eyes and viewing the Sun without strain and short periods. The way that you will know that you have absorbed enough through your eyes once you're able to open your eyes comfortably you will start to feel a warm sensation behind your forehead. This is what you're looking for be warned if your eyes start to water or tear you have reached the length that they are able to accept the light comfortably do not ignore this. That is your body's warning system your eyes tear up from being dried out from overexposure so what you need to do is close them and allow the rest of the light to pass through your eyelids.you will find at this time naturally extends itself the more time that you spend out during the sunrise.
