It’s a struggle

An unfortunate waste of time, money, and life

Leaving loved ones broken hearted, with strife

A disease, because left untreated it could kill

Sneaky deceit becomes a skill

Trust that's been earned, has been torn and shred

But everything's fine in the addicts head

And then, one day there DEAD!
