hesitation quieted
i am asked
by somewhere inside me
to move carefully
through you.
you can feel when i
enter the space
between us,
a field where
you are a question
calmly waiting
for me.
every time i clear my mind
to surrender
you invite me
to stay with you.
a hesitation now quieted…
i am not afraid to love you
before you are asking.
