Right in two

One of my favorite song/video combinations to help center myself is Tool's "Right in Two." Occasionally, I will seclude myself in my gaming room, turn on the surround sound, take a hit, and relax while watching the video on repeat (YouTube video that's a 1080p cartoon posted by moshspaggeti). The song/video bring out a ton of emotions I have regarding my past in the military. After leaving combat I couldn't help but be disgusted at both myself, and the shear evil I witnessed from all parties involved. It never made sense to me, we have enough resources to become and maintain an egalitarian society. Unfortunately, Man has and will always kill man over "pieces of the ground," religion, and money due to socioeconomic pressures. I'm no Marxist, but I do wish that there could be an end to war. I've seen it firsthand and it's fucking stupid.
