Prose Challenge of the Week #34: Use the following sentence within a piece of poetry or prose. “We all bleed the same.” The winner will be chosen based on a number of criteria, this includes: fire, form, and creative edge. A Writer’s Blood
We all bleed the same; but I bleed for thirst.
Historically a verb, "bled"blood brought birth.
But criteria for fire boils blood out pours,
Form, on the other hand, keeps blood lines a snore.
A subjective creative edge cannot cut,
thus is safe from shed of blood.
But now? I guess bleed means "shares," and "bookmarks" are sharp,
A blood Benny for promo, leaves writers' wallets fucked.
