Ruining myself.

I tear at my hair

My eyes flick across the room

I grind and clench my teeth

as if second nature,

I rip out my teeth

The precious jewels

clattering across the table

I pluck out my eyeballs

the obelisks that barely

work in my favor

Swallowing glass

ruining myself to no end.
