In the rain-

Their plans are detained.

Their fun is on hold-

Their tan’s will fade.

The playing field is even; but only in the rain...

I’m kidding!

I’m winning!

I have gained!

Knowing!

They’ll be stuck in the house-

Gives me a dark pleasure-

I’m not proud of.

My plans, fun & tan do not exist-

Therefore; rain or shine- alone I sit.
