Forgiveness.

Whether I forgive a certain someone depends on what they did and whether they show remorse for what they did. There are one to two people I could never forgive for what they did, but a big part of it is that they never asked for forgiveness. Those who ask for forgiveness, did something I could forgive, and show remorse for what they did, I would say "Thank you for apologizing, I forgive you. It isn't a big deal."
