What's a writing trope that you honestly despise?
The kind of trope that makes you say, "Ugh, this again" or "Really, we gotta go through this bs".
Self-Discovery
I have to admit I do like this one and use it sometimes but I feel like it is too much of a good thing. It’s a good plot, but everybody does it. In other words, I get bored of it. I want more variety in the things I’m reading, and I’m sure other people feel the same way.
