in my head she's strawberry tinted

i look at her with pink heart glasses

she makes my eyelids heavy

she makes me sick and happy

i think about her more than i should

i think about things i shouldn't

my heart flips in delight

her lips are always chapped and bloody

she argues with me for no reason

she fakes things to keep up

she lies to build herself up

i'm not sure i know who she is anymore

she's still faded rose in my mind though

it's the way i think of her

the thoughts she plagues

could never be less than divine
