Colourless

All the colour is sucked out of your world.

Black and white only changing to colour 

When that person's name is on your lips, 

When you get a glance of that person,

When you daydream about that person.

Not a bright colour though, 

A sad one, 

maybe blue.

You are overwhelmed with anguish and regret, 

you feel an indescribable pain in your chest. 

But you yearn for blue.

The moment when your black and white can become blue.

The addictive pain that has a hold on you.

Because without the blue, your world is colourless.
