I’m Better Off

I'm going through the times when you weren't here.

I'm better off without you than when you gave me tears.

The times I spent wondering why we didn't work out.

I didn't know you then and you didn't know what I was about.

I shouldn't have listened to my heart,

because that's when everything fell apart.
