A Counterfeit

So hard to pretend that you're alright

Even though you know thats not right.

People think that you're not breaking

But every night you're tears keeps on falling.

I keep on thinking what will happen

Or I'm thinking, was i mistaken,

Because i know deep inside

That the pain i felt is not an override.

It doesn't mean that i don't care for you

Because u just don't see me blue.

I'm just hiding these pain i felt

Because i can see the agony u dwelt.

I can too endure this pain

I can hold tight with this chain

It might hurt a lot holding on

But i look forward seeing the dawn.
