Colors

In the morning I wake up

To hear the colors sing

Amidst their joyous songs

Emotions they all bring

Red is full of love

While orange is a torch

It guides us through the night

In our hearts forever scorched

Yellow sings of happiness

It fills us full of joy

While green brings growth to all

Both are never coy

Blue is wise with wisdom

(Though it’s never blue)

While purple’s generosity

Will help you through and through

The colors deep inside

Easy they are found

All you have to do
