The Pitcher Plant

The Pitcher Plant is a unique flower, considering that it grows in swampy environments. Where most plants cannot grow. It lures in flies with a sweet smell and as the fly lands to have a taste. It slips and falls into the Pitcher Plants trap. The flower's stock goes deep down into a little pond at its bottom. Where the annoying fly will meet its demise.

Apart from being a good pest controller. I like the Pitcher Plant for its adaptiveness and deceptive looks. It looks harmless enough, in fact, it doesn't really do anything. The fly is the one who comes to the plant, lands, and falls. Unlike the venus fly trap, which looks like a monster and actively attacks its victims. The Pitcher Plant looks unassuming. It doesn't really look out of place. Which is why it is so effective.
