Tell me what your biggest insecurity is.
Can be physical, mental, spiritual, just let it loose. I always find that once I get going I get very emotional, but just let it out so you can start to be at piece with this part of who you are.
Body
My biggest insucuraty is my body, my mom, dad, siblings, even my grandpa tells me that I have a beautiful body. Sometimes it is easier to idmit things to someone you don't know, than someone you do.
