True Love Is Unconditional
Love is deep,
Like a steep
Incline to the top of the mountains.
It brings light to the broken,
Wisdom to the chosen.
Love never ends,
Even when things become tense.
Love is unconditional,
Never failing,
And unstoppable.
True love goes on forever.
Even when people think that you're crazy,
Ask yourself,
Aren't those the people who just maybe,
Are jealous?
They're jealous of the love that you have,
And you give.
Maybe they think to themselves,
Wow! I want that kind of love.
They start to wonder,
Is there something we must uncover?
There has to be a secret,
There's no such thing as never ending, unfailing, unconditional true love.
But you know,
That there is such thing as unconditional true love. True love is God.
And you know,
You have to share what your God
Has done for you,
The fact that he sent his son,
To die on the cross for your sins.
Jesus Christ, son of the living God,
Got tortured, beaten, faced with the shock,
And pain of the nails being hammered into him,
Was hung on the cross,
Just for you. So that you could spend eternity with God. Jesus is the way, the truth and life. He died on the cross to set us free.
So, you think to yourself
God is good,
He sent his only son to die for us,
To take the place,
To take the pain so we could be set free. That's the definition, of unconditional,
Unbelievable,
Never failing,
Unshakable,
And unchangeable true love.
Jesus died,
Got tortured,
And he did this,
Because he loves us.
He loves us for who we are,
No matter how far
You think you've gone
No matter how many scars,
You have,
God loves you.
He loves you,
No matter what you've done,
Who you are,
No matter where you are in life,
Just remember.
He sent his own son,
To live a sinless life,
To be ridiculed, beaten
And hung on the cross for you.
True love,
Is the definition of God.
We are children of the Lord,
He weeps when we weep,
His heart aches,
When our heart breaks.
Live life, love, and trust God.
He is the true unconditional love
That you see,
From people like me.
