What is my type?

I have two types of guys I'm interested in.

One is a fantasy that's almost real

The other is the reailty I experienced.

The fantasy is too good to ever be mine

He would be kind, loving, and gentle, yet rough

Or he would be cold, hard, and impersonal, yet compassionate

But most of all, he would be flawed and real.

The reality is always harder to bear.

He is too selfish and conceited

Only ever thinking of his own problems

Blaming me for not keeping him happy.

He takes and takes until I have nothing left.

I drown and die in his suffocation.

My expections are too high when it comes to my type,

But maybe one day, that unattainable guy would be mine.
