Shame Shame!

Leading the story of shame,

she bravely put her name.

Reclaiming the narrative

was most imperative.

She transferred all her pain

stood back to feel her gain.

To the body from the mind,

she chose to forever remind.

All her sin

now on skin;

ink, needles, and pin.

Dousing the mental flame,

it was no easy game.

She took it out of her name

and put shame back into shame.
